FashionUpdate: The MBFWB S/S 2013 looks. PartIIIb – Extravaganza.

Hey folks,

the Friday continued (a a few glasses of free bubble water) with the two eagerly-awaited shows: HANNES KETTRITZ and STEVEN TAI.
First of them is a great designer of men’s wear, second – and that’s the only bad thing that I have to notice about him – does only women’s wear. That’s sad. Because his clothes are simply really, really great.
Kettritz showed interesting, not nine-to-five models with in like manner interesting, not nine-to-five clothes. The highlight was a coat with transparent back side, which revealed the model’s tattoo above his stern. But have a look yourselves:

Models with colored eyebrows presenting the cool blazers, shorts, bags…
…and shirts and tank tops in orange shades…
…as well as swim shorts…
…and the jackets and „the“ coat of course.

Here’s the link to the video of the finale (will be added asap).
Tai’s show was interluded by a funny video about art and another film about the making of his so famous rotating-pen-nip-skirt (as introduced earlier on my blog).

„The“ dress – nothing to add.
I love his way of layering fabrics, either as trousers…
…or tops, here in contrast with the wide trousers.

The day closed with the FRIDA WEYER show, who showed great dresses and some trouser suits in five different shades (black, white, orange, yellow and a light blue), but many different shapes and with adorable prints.

For the records: orange will be trend next summer (either for men or women).
A simple, but perfectly shaped white dress with long train.
A fresh yellow…
…and the light blue with lovely prints topped the show off.

We’re step by step (backwards) getting to the climax – the Thursday’s news will be posted soon.
